Gift Certificate Policy

Spa gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and also for specific services and packages.


A valid certificate must be presented at the time of service for proper credit.


In the event you have ordered a gift certificate to be picked up at our location.

Gift Certificates will be kept at our Front Desk for pick up by a designated party for one week after the sales date. After that time, the gift certificate will be mailed to the purchaser. Orders placed on a Sunday are NOT available for pre-order/pick up.


In the event you receive a promotional gift certificate:

− the gift certificate must be redeemed in full.

− the certificate cannot be used for gratuities, discounted services or retail.

− the certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.


In the event you have forgotten to bring your gift certificate to Laka we can look it up but you must show a valid ID. If you do not have an ID on hand you must pay for your day's services and purchases with cash or credit card. You can then redeem the certificate at a later date.


Gift certificates are the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver. Laka Skin Care and Spa will not issue credit for lost or stolen certificates.


In the event you or your recipient has not received your Gift Certificate in the mail, please call Laka Skin Care and Spa at 808-397-5252 and ask for assistance in tracking and resolving the issue.

Gift Certificates do not have expiration dates

We can only redeem one gift certificate per client and service

They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions

Discounted Gift Certificates:

cannot be used on the date of purchase

cannot be used for the purchase of other discounted services or products

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations or no shows made with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize that emergencies happen and are understanding to unexpected circumstances. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
